A nice meal out!

I met with the girls the other night from work and we visited a well known pizza chain!  This was the pudding I had, which was the best thing on the menu! Yum.  I am easily pleased!

Blogging Virgin!

Well, have finally made the leap and created a blog for my sins.  I can't think for the life of me who will ever read it, but we will see! I've called it Scissors and Stitches as I'm an enthusiastic (but quite rubbish) crafter, when the mood takes me! 


I've just got into following a couple of blogs myself and have used some of their ideas to get me going, so I'm sure I'll post on those at some point.


My biggest concern at the moment though has been the rise in OU fees from 2012 that have just been announced.  I'm a hobby learner and was working towards numerous Degrees, Diplomas and Certificates, so am going to have to plan out the next few years carefully to avoid paying £5000 a year to study!!!
